Shelby Smith Joins COPT Team at Redstone Gateway

Corporate Office Properties Trust (NYSE: OFC) (“COPT”) is pleased to announce the addition of Shelby Smith as Property Manager to its team at Redstone Gateway. She will be directly responsible for the day-to-day property management of the Huntsville portfolio, including Redstone Gateway.

Shelby is a Huntsville native, attended Bob Jones High School and completed her BS in Human Resources Management at Athens State University. She obtained her real estate license from the Alabama Real Estate Commission.

In addition to her new role at COPT, Shelby is the Programs Committee Chair at BOMA North Alabama and, a Certified Property Manager (“CPM”) candidate with the Institute of Real Estate Management (“IREM”).
