The park is designed to be pedestrian-friendly, with pathways that will wind between modern office buildings and connect visitors and employees to restaurants, lodging, conference facilities and open spaces with water features, public art and seating areas. Take a walk. Sit with a book. Unwind with dinner and drinks. Enjoy our campus within a campus.
The park isn’t just aesthetically pleasing. Office buildings will be built to achieve a minimum LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design, a program of the US Green Building Council) certification, which maximizes energy efficiency, creates the healthiest environment possible for employees, and minimizes the building’s environmental impact.
Our belief is if you have the brightest people working on the most important challenges, their day-to-day environment can play a key role in their productivity levels and quality of life. A move to Redstone Gateway will give companies an opportunity to custom design their workspaces for increased efficiency and collaboration, which can help tenants attract and retain top talent. Buildings at Redstone Gateway are designed and constructed to keep employees at their healthiest and most efficient and keep Team Redstone advancing its missions.
Buildings at Redstone Gateway can be designed and constructed to satisfy the mission critical needs of companies like our current tenants, Boeing and DRS Technologies. We have decades of experience in providing mission critical and ATFP facilities for the nation’s top defense contractors, with sites available both outside and behind Gate 9, depending on your security needs.
The convenience of onsite amenities helps workers maintain work/life balance and creates a thriving environment, so we’ve planned 124,000 square feet of retail, service and restaurant space in the park. Hospitality and conference facilities are also planned – with some already underway – to help support Team Redstone’s missions.
