Redstone Gateway Welcomes Major Consulting Firm Guidehouse

(Huntsville, AL) Corporate Office Properties Trust (“COPT”) is pleased to announce Guidehouse, a leading global provider of consulting services to the public sector and commercial clients, has signed a 10,000 SF lease at 8000 Rideout Road within its Redstone Gateway development. The office will primarily support clients from the Department of Defense and national security and federal law enforcement entities. 8000 Rideout Road is now 89% leased with this transaction.
