Integration Innovation Inc. to Relocate into 53,000 SF Headquarters at 8000 Rideout Road

 HUNTSVILLE, AL… Corporate Office Properties Trust (“COPT”) executed a 53,000 square foot lease with Integration Innovation Inc. (“i3”), a national leader in providing innovative technical and engineering solutions to a broad customer base across the U.S. DOD. Their new corporate headquarters at 8000 Rideout Road, will be able to accommodate their multiple business functions under one roof, with unparalleled proximity to their U.S. Government customer base on Redstone Arsenal. 8000 Rideout Road is anticipated to be operational in the first half of 2022 and is now 88% leased.
