Davidson Technologies Plans New HQ at Redstone Gateway
The 46,000 SF Build-to-Suit is Scheduled for Completion 1Q 2024
(Huntsville, AL) — Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT) announces a full building lease at 5300 Redstone Gateway with government contractor Davidson Technologies. The building is a 46,000 square foot build-to-suit development that will serve as Davidson Technologies’ global headquarters.
“Davidson Technologies has been an important part of the Huntsville community for many years. The legacy of this company runs deep, and we’re proud they have entrusted COPT to develop their future home,” said James Lomax, COPT’s Vice President of Asset Management & Leasing.

5300 Redstone Gateway is a new single-story flex building being developed specifically for Davidson Technologies. The targeted completion is 1Q 2024. Upon completion, the building will bring the park to 2.4 million square feet delivered.
