COPT Executes 30,000+/- SF Lease with Premier Government Contractor

 (Huntsville, AL) — Corporate Office Properties Trust (“COPT”) announces an approximately 30,000 square foot lease at 1100 Redstone Gateway with government contractor Axient. The company is the product of a 2021 merger between Huntsville-based QuantiTech and Dynamic Concepts, Millennium Engineering and Integration (VA), and Systems Engineering Group (MD). They are now a large business serving the defense, civil, and commercial markets in Huntsville, across the U.S., and internationally.
